Meet Oksana Masters - Para Cycling and Para Nordic Skiing
Oksana was born in the Ukraine with both legs damaged by radiation poisoning from the Chernobyl nuclear disaster. After being adopted and moving to the US, she had both legs amputated, her left at age 9 and the right at age 14.
